Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Catch Cup is committed to ensuring that our customers receive their products in a timely and excellent condition. We work with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely to your door. The shipping services come with a tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your purchase.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or customs fees incurred by an international purchase. Customer is responsible to pay shipping fees on refused packages that are not for damaged or faulty product.

Delivered Packages

Once our tracking system shows that your package has been delivered, we are not responsible for items stolen from the location of delivery or misplaced by the courier. It is up to the customer to reach out to the post office and sort out the parcel location.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which may come into contact with the human body or human fluids, we do not accept returns. All sales are final unless the item you received is deemed to be defective.

Refund Requests

In the event a refund is needed, customers are required to send verifiable proof in the form of a photo or video to Contact@CatchCup.co with the subject: Refund Request, within 3 days of receiving the product. The customer should give a detailed description of the reason for the refund request. Should the image or video validate that the item was defective upon arrival (at the discretion of Catch Cup), then the customer can expect to receive a refund within 7 business days and dispose of the product; not returning it.

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order once it arrives. Should you notice damage to your product, please notify Catch Cup within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require you to send a picture of the damage to us. Catch Cup has the right to decide if you will be awarded a refund or in-store credit. Returns must be approved through customer care.

Incorrect Address or Product Selection

If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or errors in the product(s) selected, shipping & handling fees apply. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow 24 hours for re-processing.

Discontinued Products

No exchanges, credits, or returns allowed on discontinued products.


By purchasing Catch Cup products and thereby agreeing to these terms, the buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catch Cup, its directors, officers, owners, employees, independent contractors et al, from any claims, demands, liabilities, suits, attachments, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, settlements, or expenses - including court costs and reasonable attorney fees incident thereto.
